We accept payments via bank transfer, LC (Letter of Credit), international remittance, or as agreed in writing.
Orders are only processed upon receipt of payment confirmation or agreed deposit.
Shipping methods include air cargo, sea freight, and express courier depending on volume, location, and urgency.
Delivery timelines vary by destination and order size. Estimated timeframes are provided during order confirmation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that products comply with import laws and food safety standards in their destination country. We provide required export documentation (e.g., Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate) but cannot guarantee local clearance.
Due to the nature of export goods, returns are not accepted unless agreed upon in advance for damaged or defective products.
Any claims for damage or shortage must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of delivery.
We may request photo or video proof for inspection and resolution.
